Zumba is not simply a workout..it’s a PARTY!!
Zumba is a combination of latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a fun and exciting workout that will torch calories while you energize your body. In MY class you CAN burn up to 1000 calories in 1 hour! The best part is you have fun doing it.
Before I found Zumba, I hated working out. Zumba allowed me to have fun while I was doing something good for my body. Now, I work out almost everyday and I encourage everyone around me to do the same! If you love dancing and making new friends, you will love Zumba! Come join me and we will sweat and smile together!

Hmm, I don’t know… I wonder if they are all in good shape? Are they a lot younger than me? Will I be able to keep up? Can I do this? Um, I’m not sure… Does this sound like you?
Okay, so you’ve probably come to this site, like I did four months ago wondering if I could handle the Zumba workout. Well, I had procrastinated enough. Sure, I worked out in my home, lifted a few weights did a little yoga and even rode the stationary bike. But somehow I would never stick to a schedule and I certainly didn’t push myself.
In September of this year, I knew I was ready to make the commitment. I wanted to do something to improve my health. I have now been coming to Zumba for four months, two to three times a week. I can certainly feel the difference and look forward each class.
If you are considering self-improvement–this is the place!!! Whether it’s for weight loss, cardiovascular exercises or staying fit, nothing is more fun! Okay, maybe chocolate… but really, this is a blast.
Natasha is fantastic… she has an unbelievable amount of energy and will motivate you to reach your full capacity. It’s easy to fit in– everyone participates at their own level. You can get as physical as you want. The rhythms will keep you going and before you know it, you’ve had a great one-hour workout.

At first, I wasn’t sure I would be able to get enough out of the class. I’m a real klutz when it comes to dancing and I’m uncoordinated. Best part of Zumba is everyone does it at their own pace. After about 5 sessions, I noticed I was getting more of the steps. I’m 45 yrs old and Natasha’s Zumba is improving my cardiovascular & strength fitness and my coordination. I also feel like it challenges my intellect as it forces me to remember/learn steps and be more amibidextrous. Natasha is a wonderful inspiration. She cares about you as an individual, jokes with us in class and makes it a real party. It goes by so fast you don’t realize you’ve been moving for the better part of an hour. Haven’t had this much fun exercising – ever.

Ms Natasha Lee is a blessing to my family. She goes to my daughter’s elementary school and my daughter was an instant fan. On fridays, my child would be doing the Zumba moves for the entire weekend. She even got Ms Lee’s card for me.
I posted it on the fridge. One day my co worker came to my office and I really noticed how much weight she lost and she told me it was all Zumba. I went the next day and I am so grateful that I did. I look so forward to it and I feel so much better.
My daughter works out with me at the studio and it has helped her young body just as much as it has helped mine. I am more flexible, my blood pressure is lower, I am more flexible, and did I say I am more flexible? Yes, I am more flexible!!!
I have put out an APB to locate my sexy (because it has been lost for a while) and Zumba is my GPS to help me find it!!!
